Two-Star Certification under the “Easy-to-Work Workplace” Program [IB Transport Inc.]
IB Transport Inc. (hereafter “IB Transport”) has been awarded a two-star certification under the “Easy-to-Work Workplace Certification Program” promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT).
The “Easy-to-Work Workplace Certification Program” evaluates and certifies initiatives to improve workplace environments in the motor transport industry. The assessment covers working hours, holidays, employee benefits, training systems, and other factors related to the overall work environment.
