Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that our group has acquired all shares of Maruyama Express Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a company engaged in customs clearance services for import and export cargo with offices at Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, and Komatsu Airport, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary, as outlined below.<\/p>\n

    Purpose of the Share Acquisition<\/p>\n

    In our domestic logistics business, the IB Group has been striving to provide comprehensive logistics services that offer greater value to our customers by establishing customs clearance operations at airports and seaports, as well as building warehousing and logistics networks.<\/p>\n

    Through this share acquisition, we aim to further enhance logistics efficiency by seamlessly integrating air and sea cargo operations with storage and delivery, and to expand our comprehensive logistics network on a broader scale.<\/p>\n

    Maruyama Express Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cMaruyama\u201d) is a customs clearance company (air and sea) founded in 2002 in Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The company operates at Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, and Komatsu Airport, with approximately 20 employees providing customs clearance services.<\/p>\n

    By combining Maruyama\u2019s customs clearance expertise with our group\u2019s transportation capabilities, we aim to better meet the needs of customers handling import\/export cargo. We believe this integration will further contribute to the growth of our group, which led to the decision to acquire the shares.<\/p>\n <\/li>\n
