On August 4, 2025, IB Transport Inc. was officially registered by Chiba Prefecture as a \u201cCompany that Promotes Lively and Energetic Workplaces,\u201d in recognition of our active efforts to create a comfortable working environment and to promote work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n

This program, run by Chiba Prefecture, supports and recognizes companies that promote work-life balance, improve workplace environments, and encourage flexible work styles, enabling employees to thrive and work with vitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward, we will continue our efforts to create a workplace where all employees can work with health and peace of mind, striving to realize an even better working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
